Project Progress

I have so many projects going on over here lately! I've been trying to get some things done before December arrives, so I haven't had much time to blog. But I thought I would at least update you on everything. So here it goes!

Project #1

Week In The Life

All of the photos are complete and ready to be printed so that I can add them to the book and be finished with it. I need to order the paper from Amazon and go buy some ink before that can be done though...and I'm not sure when I'll get around to ordering the photo paper. It's kinda pricey, but I'll also need it for my December Daily, so I might as well bite the bullet and buy it now before all the major Christmas shopping ensues.

This is how it looks now, but things will probably change once I add all the photos. Boy, this project is taking much longer than anticipated!

Project #2

Advent Calendar (Pinterest Challenge)

If you remember, I got all the envelopes cut with my Silhouette, but still needed to decorate them. Well, I've started the decorating process. I found a piece of Christmas scrapbook paper that I bought last year (they have it at Archiver's again this year too) that I really loved and wanted to incorporate into an advent calendar somehow. It's bright and cheery, perfect for the kiddos! I cut it up and glued each number to the envelopes. Now I need to figure out what else I want to add to jazz them up a little more (suggestions please!). I was thinking maybe some red baker's twine on some?

Project #3

December Daily

So far, I've purchased the template and printed off all of all my daily sheets and made a trip to Archiver's to pick up some decorative supplies. I still have to buy more fun stuff to add and get going on my pages so that they're complete before December 1st. Oh, and most importantly, I need a red We R Memory Keepers binder. I'm just waiting for an Archiver's coupon to show up in my email! I decided to use another 8.5 x 11 album for this too, just like my Week In The Life. I figured it would be a good size for everything I hope to add.

So, those are all my "in the works" projects, along with lots of things we are hoping to get done to the house within the next couple months, planning our Thanksgiving menu (we're hosting it at our house this year!), and planning for our annual Christmas party. Phew, I'm exhausted just typing all that out! I have a lot to get done and not a lot of time to do it, but I'm having so much fun in the process!
